Infosys Limited (formerly Infosys Technologies Limited) is an Indian multinational corporation that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. It has its headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.Infosys is the second-largest Indian IT company by 2017 revenues and 596th largest public company in world in terms of revenue. On June 30, 2017, its market capitalisation was $34.33 billion. The credit rating of the company is A- (rating by Standard & Poor’s).

Infosys was established by 7 engineers in Pune, India with an initial capital of $250 in 1981. It was registered as Infosys Consultants Private Limited on July 2, 1981. In 1983, it relocated its office to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Sales Manager

You will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships, creating opportunities in your territory and generating revenue growth. You will get to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry.

Engagement Manager

You will work to understand account drivers and create an account plan to drive optimal execution. You will continuously liaise with stakeholders to ensure Infosys and the client get the best value from the engagement.

Alliance Manager

You will prepare joint plans with our alliance partners, while negotiating NDA and teaming agreements with third-party firms. You will play an important role to provide the best solutions to our clients.

Associate Manager (Client Services)

You will make client introductions, perform competitor analysis and prepare forward looking maps for customers. You will also work closely with the sales leadership to assist in identifying the right contacts in client organizations.

Lead Consultant

You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution. You will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.

Senior Consultant

You will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. You can be an individual contributor or lead small teams depending on the project.

Project Managers / Senior Project Managers

You will take bottom-line responsibility for the project. You will build the project team, review progress, mitigate risk, ensure successful delivery and implementation. You will take ownership of your team and their performance.

Delivery Manager

You will identify business opportunities, anchor large proposals and manage delivery for large portfolios. You will be responsible for a group of project managers, their teams and the deliverables for your set of accounts.

Program Manager

You will be responsible for multi-dimensional Infosys lead programs. You will also be responsible for the people on the project who would be part of several teams and will ensure successful delivery of the program.

Technology Architect

You will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will check technical feasibility and identify smart ways to meet client requests. You will act as a communication medium between the client and the team.

Technical Lead

You will be technically proficient and responsible for quality related to the design, build and implementation of the product. You will work closely with the project manager / architect and also act as a guide to the team.

Technology Analyst

You will create detailed design artifacts, work on development and perform code reviews, implement validation and support activities in line with the architecture.

Senior Systems Engineer

You will be responsible for daily troubleshooting and the execution of assigned deliverables.

Lead HR

You will be responsible for HR initiatives, system enhancements and benchmarking processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the leadership has the inputs to make informed decisions.

Lead Talent Acquisition

You will work with the leadership on the recruitment life cycle. You will devise a sourcing plan, be responsible for implementation, and manage vendors and candidates, while acting as a talent advisor to internal customers.

Manager – Corporate Finance

You will anchor the processes of the corporate finance group. You will monitor budgets and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we remain compliant to the agreed guidelines.
